Why aren't the school levies listed in the Voter's Pamphlet?

E-mail Print PDF

We've received some questions about the voter's pamphlet, and why our levies weren't included. The Issaquah School District, along with most of our neighboring districts, don't usually request statements in the voters' pamphlet to save some expense.

We ARE on the ballot.  We just chose to not be in the voters pamphlet.

There are 3 Issaquah School levies on the February 9, 2010 ballot:

Proposition 1 is the Maintenance and Operations Levy,
Proposition 2 is the Capital Projects Levy, and
Proposition 3 is the School Bus Levy.

The online voter's pamphlet does list them all.

You can read more about the measures on the Issaquah School District website, or the Volunteers for Issaquah School campaign website.
