Ballots for the Issaquah School District Levy will be mailed to all registered voters between Jan. 18th and 20th so watch your mail for your ballot. If you are not a registered voter, you have until Jan. 11th to mail in your registration or register online at http://www.kingcounty.gov/Elections/Registration.aspx .
VIS will be out in force with parents and school district staff waving signs and making phone calls to remind people to vote. When you see those signs and receive that call be sure to show your support.
We need 9908 YES votes on all 3 levies for the February 9th ballot – make sure yours is on all of them!
X Yes ___No - M & O: Basic general classroom and operational needs – teachers and classified staff
X Yes ___No - Capital: Technology and critical repairs
X Yes ___No - Transportation: 41 new safe, clean, and efficient buses
These are renewal levies and WILL NOT raise your taxes. They will renew existing and expiring levies. When these levies pass, the average homeowner will pay the same or lower school taxes for the next 4 years.
